Similar kinds of partnerships have been at the centre of the success of the team members involved, hence the reason we have decided to maintain our international, cross-country research collaboration and engage others, encouraging more partnerships with academia and industry (i.e. education, health care, financial services, manufacturing , etc.). These partnerships are a fundamental part of the discovery process, and without these partnerships, it is not possible to produce knowledge that is useful and relevant to the field and to organizations. Dr. Pinar Imer

Turkey

Dr. Pinar Imer is a lecturer of Management at Department of Business Administration, Kadir Has University in Istanbul, Turkey. Dr. Imer received her PhD in Organizational Studies with an emphasis on organizational behavior from Bogazici University in 2009. She holds an MBA degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, CUNY prior to her PhD studies, and was a post-doc research fellow at Peter B. Gustavson School of Business at University of Victoria, BC, Canada in 2011. Since late 2010, Dr.

Dr. Hayat Kabasakal

Turkey

Hayat Kabasakal is Professor of Management and Organization Studies at the Management Department of Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey. She received her PhD in 1984 in strategic management and organizational behavior from the University of Minnesota. In 1984 she joined the Bogazici University faculty, where she teaches management and organizational behavior courses to undergraduate, MBA, executive MBA, and doctoral students.

Ms. Lisa Wu (Research Associate)

Lisa Wu is a graduate student from department of Business Management at National Sun Yat-sen University. She had worked for Public Health Department, New Taipei City Government in Taiwan as Health Planner in Mental Health and Long-term Care Division. In this project she is responsible for data-collecting in health care industry in Taiwan.

Ms. Yi-Chia Hsieh (Research Associate)

Yi-Chia Hsieh is a graduate student from department of Business Management at National Sun Yat-sen University. She majored in the Department of Applied English at National Chin-Yi University. She had been a marketing intern in the clothing industry. In this human resources project, she is responsible for collecting the data of financial service industry in Taiwan.

Dr. Ningyu (Judy) Tang

Ningyu Tang is professor at the School of Management at Shanghai Jiaotong University. Her research focuses on culture’s influence on HRM, HRM in Chinese SMEs, and virtual team learning. She has published papers in both the organizational behavior and HRM areas and she is also the author of several books, including Human Resource Management and Personnel Evaluation (in Chinese). She has taught courses in human resource management, organizational behavior, and research methods to both M.B.A. students and undergraduates.
