Renin Varnali, a Ph.D. candidate in management, works as a research and teaching assistant in the Department of Management at Bogazici University, Turkey. She holds an MBA degree and a BA degree in Tourism Administration both obtained from Bogazici University. Her research interests include organizational behavior topics, such as leadership, organizational climate, and entrepreneurship. She has publications in international journals, and her prior works have been presented at several national and international academic conferences.
