Ali Ahmad Bodla is PhD Scholar at Antai College of Economics and Management of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, in China since 2012. He has major in Organization Behavior and Management. His research interests are:

• Organizational Culture, Leadership and Organizational Performance
• Organizational structure, Environment and Creativity
• Organization-Leader Fit and Team Performance

He did a Masters of Science from SZABIST (Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology) Islamabad, Pakistan in 2011. His major was Human Resource Management.

He has passion to investigate complexities of social and business world. These interesting phenomenons are the real grounds which trigger his scholarly insight. He is motivated by struggle, excellency and the ethical way of living.
