Secil Bayraktar works as a postdoctoral research fellow at Gustavson School of Business, University of Victoria. She has received her Ph.D. in Management and Organization from Bogazici University, Department of Management. Her doctoral work, which has been awarded the best dissertation, has focused on organizational change, with an emphasis on affective and cognitive dimensions of employee reactions to change. Her research interests include cross- cultural management, leadership, change management, entrepreneurship, and innovation. She is also the co- founder and trainer of an executive training company in Turkey.
