Dr. Ningyu (Judy) Tang

Ningyu Tang is professor at the School of Management at Shanghai Jiaotong University. Her research focuses on culture’s influence on HRM, HRM in Chinese SMEs, and virtual team learning. She has published papers in both the organizational behavior and HRM areas and she is also the author of several books, including Human Resource Management and Personnel Evaluation (in Chinese). She has taught courses in human resource management, organizational behavior, and research methods to both M.B.A. students and undergraduates.

Dr. Yuan Jiang

Yuan Jiang, Ph.D., is a visiting assistant professor of organization management at the Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He received his B.A. and M.A. in Economics from Sun Yat-Sen University (Guangzhou, China), and his master’s and doctoral degrees in Industrial Resources and Human Resources from Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ).
